The AFC Rangers and Carolina Pride are fielding both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams and the Raleigh Titans will be fielding a Varsity only team in 2008.  These football programs are the core of the Carolinas Christian Athletic Association (CCAA).  The CCAA is dedicated to reaching Middle School and High School Youth through the competitive sport of football. The teams were formed primarily for homeschool and private school students that would otherwise not have the opportunity to play competitive football.

The key focus is the teaching of biblical principles through a sports program that instills the Christian Values of Excellence, Teamwork and Discipline. In the day and age when most things in our society are counter productive to building strong men of faith, the CCAA is devoted to creating an environment that offers families an opportunity to enjoy football in an atmosphere that is not contrary to their Christian walk.  The CCAA is raising the standard of athletic programs to have a positive impact on youth and their families in the Carolinas.

The 2008 football season will get underway with a Mini-Camp April 24^th – 26^th, a Skills Day in early June with practices beginning in late July.  The 2008 team schedules boast twelve weeks of Varsity football and nine weeks of Junior Varsity action. The coaching staff is dedicated to providing the athletes with an opportunity to learn and grow as men.

Cheerleading Program

The CCAA Cheerleading Program follows in the spirit of the football program: dedicated to reaching Middle School and High School youth by providing an opportunity for homeschool and private school athletes to participate in organized athletics in a Christian environment.  This program strives to develop cheerleading skills in an environment that focuses on Christian principals and virtues such as modesty, humility, discipline, obedience, and encouragement.  The goal of the Cheerleading Squads (Varsity & JV) is "To do all that we do with the attitude and mind of Christ for His glory." The schedule for both the JV and Varsity Cheerleading teams is the same as that of the football program.  New and prospective cheerleaders should email info@cchristathletics.org  to find out more about becoming a member of the squad.
